Debra Zalon

Co Founder & Masters MFT, Performance Coach

Deb Zalon has devoted her life to helping others discover resilience, clarity, and purpose. With a Master's degree in Psychology earned in 1995, she began her career working with children on the spectrum in both educational settings and in family and individual therapy. Her early work was defined by compassion and a commitment to supporting children and families as they navigated the challenges of growth, development, and connection.

Alongside her professional work, Deb dedicated herself to raising five children. Motherhood was not a pause in her path but an education in its own right—one that sharpened her perspective on human development, relationships, and resilience. The lessons learned in the day-to-day realities of family life became an essential complement to her formal training, giving her a grounded and practical understanding of how people grow, change, and thrive.

In recent years, Deb has expanded her professional practice with renewed vision and focus. As a certified Tony Robbins Performance Coach, she now brings together the rigor of traditional psychology, the transformative tools of performance coaching, and the depth of her own journey through personal trauma and healing. This integration allows her to meet clients where they are—whether they seek personal breakthroughs, professional growth, or healing from life's deepest wounds—and help them unlock pathways to their fullest potential.

Deb continues to invest in her own growth, pursuing ongoing training and education across performance coaching and innovative healing modalities. This commitment ensures that her work remains both current and impactful, offering clients practical tools backed by evolving knowledge and experience.

Her work sits at the intersection of psychology, coaching, and lived experience. She believes that real change comes from combining insight with action, and she brings a unique blend of wisdom, empathy, and practical strategies to every client she serves. Her mission is to empower others to rise above limitation, heal old patterns, and create lives rooted in strength, meaning, and joy.

Deb is married to her soulmate and is the mother of five children. She continues to view both her family life and her professional calling as complementary parts of the same work: understanding people and helping them live their best lives.
